What we need from you

For all cases, we need the following:

1)  CBCT

Please make sure that the CBCT is taken OUT OF OCCLUSION with minimal scatter.  It is crucial for the patient to be still during scanning.

2)  Intraoral Scans

Upper and Lower .stl files from an Intraoral scanner (we do not accept impressions or models).

If you do not have an intraoral scanner yet, allow us to introduce you to the PANDA free and PANDA smart intraoral scanners.  LEARN MORE

Please make sure that both arches are fully scanned with as much of the buccal and lingual gingiva included.  The upper and lower scans should be submitted in centric occlusion relation.

3)  Instructions

Please be sure to select the relevant service from the “Products” list and the correct implant site/s or tooth number/s.

For Immediate Load and All-In cases, please be sure to provide us with the shade.

Please select the correct implant brand.

Use the “Notes” to add as much information and instructions as possible, so we are sure what you wish to achieve.

Our Workflow

1)  You submit the case on our portal.

2)  Once planning is ready, we will send you an email to schedule a Zoom call on our scheduling platform.  This email is typically sent the same day as receiving the case, otherwise the following work day.  Zoom will send you the link to use for the scheduled meeting.
